Participation in Nevada

In June 2022, the Nevada Department of Sentencing Policy requested intensive technical assistance to implement Justice Counts in Nevada. In its request, Nevada stated that the support provided by Justice Counts will “provide the hands-on help that will benefit our agencies and the Sentencing Commission in sharing Justice Counts metrics, steward the publication of those metrics, and help Nevada decision-makers effectively use Justice Counts data in their decision-making going forward.”
